When you create a KCS account, we use Firebase Authentication to manage your email address and sign-in. We also keep purchase records and download activity so we can deliver your resources, restore access and investigate misuse. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
Stripe handles payment details during checkout. KCS does not store your card number. Firebase provides account, order and file storage services. For direct website purchases, the order record includes the fixed wording, version and time of the customer's immediate digital-delivery consent and acknowledgement. Resend sends the order confirmation containing that record to the customer's account email. Purchases on Teachers Pay Teachers and email subscriptions through MailerLite are handled by those platforms under their own policies.
Your cart stores selected product identifiers in this browser so they remain when you return. It does not store payment details. Signing out does not clear this browser’s cart; you can remove items from the cart at any time.
Contact information is used to respond to questions, provide product support, or send information you requested. We do not sell personal information.
