Digital Downloads

Kind Compass Studio sells digital resources, usually printable PDF files. No physical item is shipped.

Refund Review

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case. If a file is missing, damaged, duplicated, or not accessible, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Before payment, customers must actively give their express consent to immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that, once the download or access begins, they will lose any applicable right of withdrawal or cancellation. The consent box is not selected in advance, and checkout cannot continue until it is selected.

This does not affect statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described. The order confirmation records the consent and acknowledgement given at checkout.

Support Contributions

Optional support contributions help fund future resources. They are not tax-deductible charitable donations and do not include a physical product unless clearly stated.

Custom Orders - Personalized Story Request

A Personalized Story Request is a made-to-order product, created specifically for your child. Its refund terms are different from our ready-made printable downloads.

  • After you place your order, we review your request within 2 working days.
  • If we can create your story, we'll email you to confirm and begin work.
  • If your request falls outside what we can create, or a month when our limited spots are already full, we will not begin work and we'll issue you a full refund.
  • Once we email you to confirm that work has begun, the order is no longer refundable, as it is a personalized product made specifically for your child.
  • Every Personalized Story Request includes one round of small revisions. If you'd like a minor change after delivery, please contact us.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
